Summer Hues
Summer is in and blooming sunny hues are in. It’s time to flash forward and inject some color into our summer wardrobe. Incorporating color is one of the easiest ways to perk up our summer outfits but if you’re like me, you want to add pieces that are not only stylish but also well made, easy to maintain, natural and sustainable. Here are some of my favorite hues that I would love to incorporate into my Summer wardrobe –
Sunny Side Up
One of the hues with a bright, positive and energetic vibe, yellows are known to radiate positive and cheery energy which is perfect way to jump start the summer season. Yellow hues from orange, citrus, lemons to marigold and all the sunny hues are sure to drag you out of your winter blues.
A Case of Blues
Blues bring a major dose of peace, tranquility and serenity to balance out the chaotic world we live in these days. When in trouble, look up and enjoy the beauty of endless skies, or look far beyond and enjoy the endless oceans for soaking up the vast world of infinite possibilities.

Here is one sustainable tip ~ if you’re going to buy pieces made of synthetic or synthetic blends, make sure they are pieces don’t need frequent washing like coats or jackets. You can also use bags made to catch synthetic fibers so they don’t land up in our water ways, oceans and rivers.
