Light my fire

If you love bitten, muted and smoked out colors combined with neutrals then you might love this editorial. I do and I absolutely love this editorial. I had decided not to do an editorial this time but this one is so good that I wanted to share it with you. The reason why I do so many editorials is because I pretty much drool over them and they inspire me in a big way to be a better stylist. I pick out the ones that I think are the best to share them with you. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do 🙂

In this editorial, you see 70’s clean silhouettes coupled with colors mostly inspired by the military, desert safari and, deep muted out florals and herbs. Colors range from camel, suede, sand, khaki, navy blue and desert rose to lilacs gray, muted lavenders, herb greens, bone, berries, plums, cocoa and smoke.  Must have pieces inspired by the editorial would be double breasted trench coats, double breasted suits, clean and simple wide leg trousers, turtlenecks and v-neck ribbed sweaters, pencil and pleated skirts, double breasted military inspired jacket, simple thin and thick belts, simple band of colors bangles and dark purple nails. This is a double breasted coat galore and the details look so approachable yet sophisticated  and I love the creative spin on classics. I love the nail-polish color which I think is so unique. According to OPI, William tell me is a very popular color and I see why. Here are a few finds that kind of go with the editorial.
