This week, I got to try a few super yummy date & nut bars from a brand called Bahamii. I’m not new to date bars by the way; I have been snacking on these for decades! I love trying new brands just out of curiosity, and a quest to discover fresh new flavors.
These healthy, nutritious, and energizing snacks from Bahamii are super convenient to carry and easy to use (unlike those messy shakes). They will keep you satiated for hours. You can take them to school, work, camp trips, hikes, or anywhere else you can think of.
Sounds good, doesn’t it? Oh and, a generous hint of sea salt in these bars enhances all the yummy flavors in them, leaving your taste buds wanting more. And, the mineral content in salt is perfect for athletes who might need some minerals to spring back quickly and avoid cramping.
