Say no to gifts if you think people are not into the concept of minimalistic and low-waste lifestyle. And if they insist, ask them to just gift you a bunch of flowers, organic wine or adaptogenic chocolates. \u00a0<\/span>Saying no to gifts might be awkward at first but people will eventually appreciate it and respect your honesty. I personally think it’s more disrespectful when people exchange gifts as Rachel does on Friends, never use them (collecting dust) or donate them away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If we are going to give gifts then we might as well make it sustainable and chic, something they can also use on an everyday basis and something they really need – For example: sweaters and gloves.
