Rise of Gisele<\/b><\/span>
Gisele Bundchen managed to land on not one but three Spring 2012 campaigns including Givenchy, Versace and Ferragamo. I remember some people I know interpreted her reduced appearance during her pregnancy period as an old model on her way out. \u00a0I had a strong feeling she would be back and here is she, not only back but getting stronger by the year. \u00a0With the tag of “World’s Top-earning Supermodel” and a regular mention on the Celebrity-100 list since 2001, Gisele shows no signs of slowing down. Forbes articles even point to the possibility of her turning into the World’s first billionaire supermodel. What we can learn from her is never to underestimate the strength in numbers and have faith in the public. We have a much versatile and accepting crowd than ever before and the trend is definitely pointing to that. We as public have the power to steer trends by voicing our opinion and choosing to support the products or trends that we want to be seen on the rise. I am glad excess photoshopping, underage modeling, lack of older models in the industry etc. are being addressed and voices are being raised about these issues. Do you agree? Rise of BB Creams<\/b>
I have been hearing about BB creams for a while and I think this is an interesting product. Started as a makeup craze in Asia, BB cream was listed on Style.com<\/a> as a popular trend that’s on the rise in 2011 and I am not surprised. It’s a multicasting tinted cream that’s supposed to act as a primer, moisturizer, sunblock, antioxidant treatment serum, anti-aging cream, concealer and foundation. According to many reviews, the product is supposed to give you the look of natural skin. Sounds too good to be true, right? \u00a0I haven’t tried it yet but I am definitely curious and can’t wait to try it out. Here are few suggestions if you want to try.<\/p>\n
