I got tagged a few weeks ago with some questions by the wonderful blogger at\u00a0My mini Bag<\/span><\/a> and I thought I should dedicate this post to that today. I want to thank her for Tagging me and I hope you enjoy my answers. Thank you so much!<\/span><\/div>\n

1.Why did you start blogging?<\/span><\/div>\n
I thought a blog would help me keep up with all the trends, interact with like minded people, help me reflect on my thoughts, views or opinions, and would help me with my work. <\/span><\/div>\n

2. Do you ever get discouraged from blogging? If so, how do you over come it?<\/span><\/div>\n
I do. Most of it sprouts from all the negative comments\u00a0and remarks from my family and friends. I usually trust my inner voice and don’t listen to people so I guess that gives me a lot of strength to keep blogging. The situation is a lot better today but I still get to face a lot of naysayers and people who just don’t believe that blogging is a great experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

3. Who is your idol?<\/span><\/div>\n
Anybody who can hold it on their own and have overcome obstacles. I love listening to stories of various artists, musicians, social workers and scientists who have made it through all the obstacles in their field and changed the way we look at this world. \u00a0If I have to name a few in the area of fashion and music, I would have to say Madonna, Ellen, Christy Turlington, Chanel and Audrey Hepburn.<\/span><\/div>\n

4. Who is your favorite celebrity?<\/span><\/div>\n
Gwen Stefani, Christy Turlington, Miranda Kerr, Kate Moss and a few others.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

5. Where would you like to be 10 years from now?<\/span><\/div>\n
To be a successful owner of a small business and still have a decent personal life.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

6. What would you do with a million dollars?<\/span><\/div>\n
May be invest half of it and donate the rest to charity.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

7. Would you still work if you won the lottery?<\/span><\/p>\n

Money is not the only thing that motivates me to work so the answer would be “Yes”.<\/span>\u00a0 I love the field I am in and I am very passionate about it so I would definitely work forever.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

8. Who is your favorite blogger? Why?<\/span><\/p>\n

I have many on the list. Nicole at Gary Pepper Vintage, Dale at Savvy Spice and Kim at A very Sweet blog to name a few. I generally prefer the ones who are not only creative and talented but are also kind and grounded.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

9. What is your favorite quote or saying?<\/span><\/p>\n

The Pink<\/span><\/a> quote by Audrey Hepburn; It’s girly, cheerful, dreamy and totally positive! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Who inspires you?<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong, creative and confident women who are beautiful inside out. I love this <\/span><\/a>quote.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

11. What is your favorite tv show or movie?<\/span><\/p>\n

I usually watch shows for kids on TV because I have kids and they don’t allow us to switch channels ( I am sure the ones with kids would understand). \u00a0Right now, I am addicted to the Avatar series (The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra). In the past, Friends, Will and Grace, Seinfeld, Home Improvement (the one with Tim Allen), and Sex and the City were some of my favorite shows. I loved Melrose place too and I think it’s for all the amazing fashion and beautiful sets. When it comes to movies, I have many favorites but I think Gone with the Wind made the most impact on me.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
