Designers experimented with 60s theme by mixing in various different elements and details from other themes such as military, biker, wild life, boho, folk, western etc. to infuse a crispy fresh allure to it. This fall with see a shift to mod incorporating dark-night florals, striking digital prints, enchanting lace, rebelious leather, dramatic blocking, bewitching ruffles and so on. My favorite collections were from Gucci, Valentino, Saint Laurent, DSquared2, Dolce & Gabbana, Christopher Kane, Emilio Pucci and Erdem. What were you favorites and why? Do you like the Mod look for this Fall? What do you think of this Fall Trend? Please share your views and comments.

P.S. – I would love it if you could check out my post for LocalLux  and share your thoughts on it  🙂

ahhhh i love mod! you have no idea how much!
i am not sure if it is because it goes really well with a petit and tiny frame like mine, or because of how awesome the era that generated it was. one thing i know for sure is that when i go on a liten-to-beatles-all-day fest that is how i end up dressing 🙂

Your comment made me smile. I love that part of history and I think mod looks great on me as well (may be because I’m petite frame too). The look is so relevant even today. 🙂
