Fall Hues – Fall For Blues

Fall calls for a deeper, richer, darker and more mysteriously romantic color palette filled with muted, rustic and jewel tones. Blue is a versatile color that transitions well from summer to fall, and was one of the most seen colors on the Fall / Winter 2015 runways. From stormy gray-blues, navy blues and cobalts to beautiful lush teals and dusty pastels, there is a perfect blue tone for everybody to adopt this season. Here are some of my favorite fall inspirations from the Fall / Winter 2015 runways and editorials.

Blue pairs well with other fall colors, from masala, metallic gold and blush pinks to various tones of greens and oranges. Prints, textures and embellishments add interesting details to elevate your looks to another level. Don’t you think Emily Ratajkowski looks stunning in that cobalt trench? What are your favorite blue tones?
